Cloud 9 Sleep – Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

Cloud 9 Sleep currently ships within Canada only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


What We Ship

We ship the following product categories:

  • Accessories (pillows, bedding, protectors, sheets, adjustable base accessories, etc.)

  • Mattress-in-a-Box products (select models that are designed and packaged for shipping)

We do not ship traditional mattresses, bases or adjustable bases. that are not compressed and boxed. These products are available for local pickup or local delivery only.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times vary by region but generally fall within 3–10 business days.

Please note that remote or rural areas may experience longer transit times.


Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Most accessory and mattress-in-a-box orders ship within 2–4 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for oversized items.

  • We do not ship hazardous or restricted materials.

  • We do not ship outside of Canada.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
